WHITE HORSE INN

The White Horse Inn is an old pub situated in Wroxton, UK. A Grade II listed building, CDL was tasked with the refurbishment of the unused building for re-opening with a new cafe/shop and a letting accommodation in place of the original pub dining room.

Vital to the project was the retention of its vernacular characteristics, ensuring that the new construction would follow the building techniques of the original building; the installation of new windows and patios on the exterior and furnishing the interior with new partitions. Simultaneously it was just as important to install suitable and up-to-date safety infrastructure without harming the historic asset.
